We have no automatic return or exchange settings for our downloadable items.  However, individual items can be returned, and payment adjusted, upon discussion with Millington Strings Music staff.  Please use our contact form for this purpose.

No data is obtained or retained other than that needed to process payment.  All data other than order details are discarded when transaction is complete.
