Music of Millington Strings

Millington Strings Music provides live music services in the greater Sacramento area. We play as a string group for all sorts of events, usually as quartet or quintet. Over the years, we have developed a number of custom arrangements, specifically for two violins, viola, cello and bass.

Our arrangements are interesting and enjoyable, not just for the audience, but for each of the players.  While all arrangements are best with quintet, they are fully playable by a regular string quartet without bass.  Every player has a "moment" except perhaps the bass, but that part can always be improvised upon.
