Agnus Dei is a four part chorus  from Bach’s 1749 Mass in B minor, BWV 232.  The initial  text of the Latin liturgical prayer is “Agnus Dei, qui tolis peccata mundi, miserere nobis,”  meaning “Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.”
